Gith reference to your letter of the 3rd instant, 31492/19, I am directed by the Shipping Controller to acquaint you that passage to Hong Kong has been arranged for Sir R.E. Stubbe, K...G., the Governor Designat of that colony, and his staff in the 8.8."GABLONZ", which will leave Tilbury on the 20th instant.

A special train will leave Liverpool Street Station at 11 o'clock that morning for Tilbury.

Sir R.E. Stubbs or communicate with the P. & 0. Company at 122, Leadenhall
